Error in budget

When the signing period begin (1 of July), my budget still includes the riders that are not going to continue so i don´t have enough money to sign free riders for the next season.
It should be that way, or is it a bug?
someone has the same problem?

I'd call it a bug, but there's a few work-arounds that you may want to use. Read this thread:
