Activation problem

I am currently going through the whole process of installing PCM 09 (download version) on my new laptop. The problem occours when the game has installed and I am asked to activate my game. About halfway into the activation progress it says that it can't get connected with the activation server and that I am not connected to the internet eventhough I am 
Do anyone know how to fix this?

You can try e-mailing StarForce Support. They are usually quite fast when it comes to replying:
The StarForce website also suggests other methods to activate the game:

You can also try updating the StarForce driver. Works sometimes:

There is an another problem... When I click the button to see the other activation options it shuts down and gives me an error message.
I tried to download the files again to see if there was something wrong with the download... It still doesn't work |

It does sound like an antivirus/firewall issue - but as said, try updating the StarForce driver. |

I don't know if I even have starforce installed... Or does it come with the game? |

I have sent an email, and I am going to try updating the drivers now...
EDIT: It can't connect to the update server either, maybe I should try internet with a wired connection...

It seems that the starforce servers are down... I can neither activate or update. I tried on my other computer where I just reactivated the game about two weeks ago, but it was no better than my laptop |
