Two 'newb' questions

Being playing the game for a while, but I have two questions still unsolved:

1 - What's that 'numbers' that appear sometimes in the 'players' ? Like +3, -5, etc.

2 - When you are playing for a big competition, like Tour of France or something, do you usually do traincamps some weeks before in order to have a good fitness on your major hopes ?

2. i can't answer that as i consider training camps cheating and therfore don't use themWink

If you want to do training camps, you have to do it before a grand tour, not after.
