Ill admit now that I didnt watch this stage - left it running as I did something else, so I dont have a huge amount of idea over what happened
The breakaway: Broers, Sawada, Fleeman, Noval, Rollin, Cioni
Fleeman took enough KoM points to take over the jersey from Txurruka
Will the break make it? Nope. Rollin and Cioni do make it to the last 10km though
So, the sprint. Theres the intriguing prospect of a Petacchi Ciolek train
But that disappears as come the sprint, Wiggle leads with Cooper and Trusov, Ciolek is in that train, race leader Swift seems lost, while Walmart are in their own little world by themselves
Trusov makes his move as Swift comes down the centre.
Walmart seem to be executing a 3 man train - with main sprinter Giaux as man 2, for Maaskant
Trusov leads into the final km
The Walmart duo are his only threats - but can they do anything?
No they cant, Nikolai Trusov wins the stage! Giaux manages 2nd despite leading out Maaskant, and that is good news for him, as he will take the race lead (same time as Swift and Trusov, but more consistent)
