Apparently, Petacchi 94 has made the 2010 Giro all by himself.

apparently?? All by me but not the Kronplatz stage
You take the file that are in cm_stages folder that you downloaded and put it in your programs/pcm09/cm_stages. After take the custom tour file that is in folder that you downloaded and insert it in documents/pcm09/custom tour |

What changes would need to be made to the database to use this route for the 2012 season, as I've already completed 2011. Is this even possible ? Regards Jaywol. |

Well... You have to chance the number of flat, hilly and mountain stages, and probably also the number of TT, TTT and road race stages in STA_race (I guess it isn't the same numbers for all 3 categories- and of course in Giro d'Italia's row).
After, you'll have to chance every single stage in DYN_stage. How long it is, what kind of stage, and if you're a perfectionist where the stage starts, and where it ends. Probably also a few other options, but it's nothing I know that much about. |

Thrige: No. Just no
Look in CM_stages/variant. There are two types of files: those ending with .descr and those ending with .rules. Look at one each, and you should get the system.
This won't change anything in already started save games, though, only in new ones. |

Hi guys, sorry for a stupid question, but I did exactly what Petacchi 94 wrote and I donĀ“t know how to play Giro 10. In game I can see under Custom Tour the file giro10.xml, I can modify it, but when I select Stage Race or Stage, Giro 10 is not there. Can you help me? |

The tour's called Giro d'Italia 2010 - that's what you should look for.
That said, I've experienced several cases of Custom Tours not showing up. Not really sure why, but deleting the PCM folder in My Docs (remember to back up your personal files), launching the game again (this regenerates the folder) and trying again has usually helped me.
Otherwise, you can download a DB which has the 2010 version of the Giro included, e.g. the PCM.daily DB or the RSM News DB. |
