Team logos. Can they be changed?
SportingNonsense
When in a Career, the top left corner has a logo of the team your managing.

For example, in this: https://www.pcmdaily.com/photogallery....oto_id=140, it is Lampre's.

Well, with Database Editors teams will undoubtedly be replaced, but can these logos be changed.

Gui\Team\Logo would be the place youd have thought itd be in, but those are just the 'shadows' of the actually logo.

I knowi t can be changed as GCT had replaced the Ergomo logo with Rabobank in their database, but can anyone explain how its done?

Ok, at first we must take into account that any team has its own abbreviation. That abb suits perfectly with what's written into the column ''jersey_abbreviation'' or sth like that, into the DYN_team table.

According to that abb, you must open a logo from that Gui/team/logo-map with Photoshop, modify what you want, give the file a correct alpha channel and save it. Look at this:

And now, see the effects:

I think the alpha channel is the problem. Can you elaborate a bit?

open dyn_team with hannes editor. create a new team and search the collumn called team abriviation. here you choose whatever you want. fe. for Banesto ban would make sense. now create a new folder in C:\Programme\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\CM_Textures\cycliste\team and give that folder the name of your team abbriviation. in our case now ban. all files inside this folder should be called ban_jambieres and so on. the alpha channels can be added or edited with adobe photoshop fe. you also find lots of information on alpha channels in the user documantary there.

your logo file would go in this folder:
C:\Programme\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\Gui\team\logo
and of course your logo should be called ban.tga (just like your team abriviation).

Note: all new pics and logos you add must match the games sizes. fe 64 x 64 pixels (check the size from other files before you add a new one) and they should include the alpha channel so not everyhing is visible. But it works mostly also without alpha channel it just looks ugly then.
