Hi

i've a problem. i was going through my computer one day and uninstalling programs that were slowing it down (i did not uninstall the program that takes up 5GB of memory though Smile) anyway, my problem is that now my backgrounds are appearing as concrete, no trees, no grass, no people.

after installing things, i had to re-install Nvidia, but i don't think this was because i had uninstalled it in my frenzy of uninstalling. this was at the same thing as i was downloading an upgrade

any idea or should i just get this disk out that i reinstalled nvidia from again?

Are you sure that the driver was installed properly? And that it was the latest driver?

no, i am u to date on drivers. i have Nvidia Gforce 8600 GT

I don't have any other games Grin

the last game i bought before PCM 08 was PCM 05

a thing that's happening when i load the game is that it skips the background textures part and then it's quick through optimisation
