my database doesnt upload

okay so ive edited a few things in the database and now wish to get the into the game, but i then dont know what the do next, ive clicked quicksave, but nothing, so i then clicked upload the cbd, and then an error message came up saying the database you have entered is incorrect, which now has annoyed me as i went though editing so many cyclists
any help would be much appriciated, im hoping im just doing something wrong as im not exactly a computer wiz
