1 1 ESP Spain 1756
2 2 ITA Italy 984
3 3 AUS Australia 960
4 4 GER Germany 753
5 6 BEL Belgium 675
6 5 RUS Russian Federation 660
7 7 LUX Luxembourg 563
8 11 NED Netherlands 544
9 8 NOR Norway 538
10 9 USA United States of America 528
11 10 GBR Great Britain 489
12 12 FRA France 454
13 13 CZE Czech Republic 330
14 14 DEN Denmark 322
15 15 SUI Switzerland 285
Didn't I tell you? Watch, and we'll be at top 10 after Vuelta/Lombardy, like all years. But nooo, UCI decided 1 januari to 15 august instead of 16 august 08 to 15 august 09
Selections should always be based on A FULL SEASON, Not half.

The world rankings if they had done as you said for Mendriso:
Spain 1372
Italy 968
Australia 905
Germany 808
Russia 591
Belgium 566 +1
Luxembourg 563 -1
USA 469
Britain 462
Norway 419
Netherlands 341
France 331 +1
Czech Republic 321 -1
Denmark 310
Switzerland 278
So as you can see, the Dutch wouldn't have overtaken Norway based on a combination with last years rankings.

1 simple question!!! when are the world championships held every year??? Oh its not at the end of the season. The dutch know this so why complain!! You know the score at the start of the year. You are just completely sour as holland didnt have 9 riders and its got bored you had you rant weeks back so why bring it up again |

Because the season is over. It's ridiculous that the final part of the year doesn't count for the next world championships. Maybe the rainbow jerseys shouldn't be worn until the beginning of the following year? |

I find this quite pointless.
1. We've already discussed this quite a lot.
2. Everybody knows the UCI rules suck badly. (pretty much in general) |
