Please do share your oppinions on the game. My connection is too slow to download it just now, and I'm really wondering whether the amount of bugs will make the demo worthwhile...

No bugs at all so far. Which is to be expected, considering the beta testing for this one took 4 months instead of the usual 1 month.
Also, their claims of wildly optimising speed are true. Processing is so much faster.
The new UI is hard to get used to.

Oh no, not a heavily changed UI...
I like the fact that it's processing faster though.

Sarcasm or not, they heavily advertised the fact that the UI is entirely different

I wasn't being sarcastic. I haven't done any research at all

Really like it! BUt you can't judge the speed of the game with a demo. Now you only load one league and almost no players, so it will be slower when you play the real game.
Love the new interface as well. And the tactics creator is so good. |

Received my full version yesterday. I really like it a lot! It really seems to be faster, which was the big minus point in the last versions. |

After two weeks of intensively playing this game, I am astonished at how much better this game is over 2009. The new UI is great once you get accustomed to it, and the match engine is half decent too. The most amazing thing is how fast it bloody processes! I have 4 nations going (12 leagues), and my laptop is pretty average (2.0 Ghz dual core, 4 Gb of RAM), but the game is still 3x as fast as FM2009.
Anyway...story time:
In my fourth season with Celtic, won the domestic treble in my first two seasons (not too hard considering the standard of the opposition), but the real challenge was building a side capable of challenging to any serious note in Europe. Adding players such as Feronetti, GodÃn, Reynolds, Riquelme, Albert Riera, Suarez, Biglia, Wilshere and Jo finally brought success in the third season where the Champions League was won (beating R. Madrid) after a very kind run to the final (Galatasary, Genoa, Tottenham). Even the final was lucky - Casillas, Ramos, Ribery, Ronaldo, Benzema, Evra and Granero all ruled out through injury and suspensions, and Kaka injured 15 mins into the match!
Don't think I'll ever get such a lucky run again so doubting my chances of a repeat, but wont give up until I do!
I'm sure someone on these forums must've some interesting careers too, so feel free to share... |

Is anyone else having loads of problems with the new patch?
Mine worked fine pre-patch, but now it's more unstable than PCM

On 2009 i played about 32 leagues and it work pretty fast, if it is now faster i could play really realistic "carrer mode" starting with really rubish team and making a good carrer to top europe team.

In Germany it was released yesterday. So I am really thinking about buying it today
A friend of mine bought it yesterday and really likes it although it`s a typical Fifa Manager. 90% is like in 03 and just new rosters and some new tables and statistics. But for no reason I buy it every 1-2 years |
