How do I make ZSVG-files?

Hi anyone knows how to make those .zsvg files of PCM stages?  |

Put the xml of the stage into CM_stages, open it with the Stage Editor and click Save and Render. Then should be in CM_Stages and in CM_Stages/Textures a zsvg file |

But it doesn't really work with PCM 09. Normally the zsvg file should be like the textures of e.g. the sprint_banners, so that you don't have to give everybody the big texture files, but in 09 the zsvg files haven't this extra, they are only good for quick loading the stage |

Thought the .zsvg-files only were there for quicker loading.
