I've downloaded a TGA file, then used the instructions on an article on this site so that I could use the jersey on a custom team, but every time I try to save it, my computer won't let me, it sends a message which states

'Access is denied. Use File -> Save As... to save under a different location or name.'

Would anybody with any idea of why my computer is doing this be able to help me?

I'm absolutely terrible with computers, so any help that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated!

Try saving the file to your desktop, then manually move it to the specified folder.
