Ive just found a scouted rider in wallonia who is a bit extreme strong
year : 2012
Age : 19
ive singed him and he's in my team for 4 months ( between brackts is how much he has improved in those months)
Now:
flat: 69 (+2)
mountain: 64 (+2)
DH: 85 (+0)
TT:68 (+0)
Hill:73 (+2)
SP:64 (+0)
ACC:77 (+0)
REC:71 (+2)
COB:67 (+1)
RES: 67 (+1)

maximum stats

am i either lucky or is there a fault in the generated scouted riders module?

That his max stats are what they are do not mean that he'll reach them - but with that said, it does seem like you've been lucky Wink
