A question about U23 riders

Breakaway Specialist Posts: 850 Joined: 25-03-2009 PCM$: 200.00	Is there any way to find the potential of the non-scouted U23 riders in the database? What table, if any, contains that information? And another thing. If, for example, I want to hire the rider that won 4 stages at tour de l'avenir, what is the easiest way to achieve his signature considering that he is not, let say, "clickable"? If offense is the best defence, does it mean that defence is the worst defence? If I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord will delete my browser history.

Tour de France Champion Posts: 27880 Joined: 20-10-2006 PCM$: 200.00	You can find the young riders in DYN_young_rider. Finding the winning U23 riders without using the editor can be difficult. Scout in the area where the rider belongs and hope that you'll find him.
