So for clarification, to un-wait a rider someone has to give me money, basically for free. I then un-wait the rider. Then i give them the rider?

Either you just gather the budget and get him of the wait list, or if you want to do it with a deal, post you want to take him off the list in the deal, so I know where the money is going

I kinda don't like we're starting all over without knowing what should be known in terms of FA bidding nad money issues.
I assume the only purpose for money is transfer season (and some stat upgrades wchil are pretty useless/overpriced). So we should try to spend all our money during transfers, right? But how are we gonna do this when there's just so freaking much money in the system. I don't really get why people should accumulate money - because when you don't spend it, that money is not really worth anything.
Now one could argue that FA bidding will take the money out of the system, but I fear it won't. Seriously, there are just crap FAs left and nobody is gonna bid high amounts on those guys (maybe except Wiggo and some others, but that should be it).
To sum it up: Like I see it as of now, we will a) end up with pretty much unspent money which makes the whole transfer system pretty shitty or b) have absolutely overpriced FA signings just because people wanna get rid of their money, which will then destroy the balance between transfers (including good riders) and FA signing (which is mostly about bad riders).
That's the reason I didn't talk about numbers with people and I fear we have to seal all the deals now without knowing how things will work out..

@Silvio: Actually, I agree with you. That was part of the reason why I wanted to be quick with most of my transfers. And it's propably the reason why most managers did not wanted to do big money deals for their topstars. They wanted nearly all the time other big stars in return and I can understand them. I could have imagined getting rid of Valverde - but for what? I dont want a german sprinter or a Wiggins for him but a rider that fits well into my squad and those on a similar value are very rarely.

I'm away for the weekend with limited internet access so any deals you want to make with Cannondale will have to be next Monday. Hopefully some of my transfer targets are still available by then.

Can somebody please clarify something for me as I couldn't find it in the first few posts. If I want to sign a rider who is at, let's just say, Accent Jobs, what do I do?
Do I PM Ollfardh with a bid? Are those the FA signings?

I think they are off limits? But I'd be nice to at least have a chance to make a rider swap. Maybe limit it to one possible swap?
