Welcome to the Tour de France 2010!! 3 weeks, 3 hard weeks including 21 stages are waiting for our team..The first one is a short prologue in Rotterdam about 9 kilometres. We really hope to see some favorites, showing their shape already!
Lövkvist was the first one, setting a great time with 10 minutes and 12 seconds
Michael Rogers couldn´t keep it up with Lövkvist today! Well, his day form wasn´t a real advantage. Because of that he´s 12 seconds behind Lövkvist
The next one was World Champion Cancellara with an amazing time. He really showed his strength today, beating Lövkvist´s great time by another 9 seconds
Denis Menchov is one of the biggest favorites for the GC. His time today was good but nothing special ´cause he already lost 14 seconds to Cancellara
Another GC contender is Christian Vande Velde. He really got an impressive time today, loosing only 9 seconds to Cancellara. He seems to be in a great shape
Levi Leipheimer is another great rider at the Tour 2010 just like his performance today! 6 seconds to Cancellara an a great second place for the moment
Jerome Coppel already showed his time trial strength in this season but no one thought that he could show it again at the Tour. He was only 9 seconds behind Cancellara just like Vande Velde and Lövkvist
Maxime Monfort is our team-captain this year. His ride today wasn´t really impressive, loosing 17 seconds to Cancellara! But it´s just the first stage so no problem
Bradley Wiggins is an amazing time trialist. His time today was also great but he wasn´t able to beat Cancellara or Leipheimer
It´s the big fight this year! Lance Armstrong against Alberto Contador. Armstrong´s time was good but he couldn´t get a Top 5 result in the end
We expected a great time by Contador but he wasn´t able to bring it. He was just one second faster than his rival Armstrong, which means that Fabian Cancellara takes the first stage

After the great prologue yesterday, we expect the first flat stage in this year´s Tour de France. That means the first chance for the sprinters like Boonen, Petacchi, Farrar, Freire or Cavendish
After the break was brought back to the pack many teams were involved into the sprint preparation! Our team was not able to built a good train today but Cavendish got Petacchi´s wheel
When the sprint began, Lorenzetto was still in front of his sprint-captain Petacchi and Mark Cavendish
Petacchi was not strong enough to keep it up with Cavendish and Bennati today. Bennati, the Italian Champion, was in a great shape today and his acceleration was really impressive!
Great stage win for Daniele Bennati! Mark Cavendish had no chance to pass him on the last metres. Petacchi takes the third position

The third stage is maybe one, made for sprinters but the stage final seems to be harder than yesterday. We should be able to bring Cav in a good position for a nice result today
As we already expected, the finish was really hard for our sprint team and so it was impossible to lead out Cavendish today. He had to go on his own while Bbox did a great job at the front with Voeckler and Fedrigo
It was really hard for Mark to sprint there on the final uphill section! Voeckler was still in front of his team-mate Fedrigo with only 800 metres to go
Voeckler´s power was over on the last 200 metres and so it was Kim Kirchen who could celebrate an amazing stage win there while Cavendish finished as 11th which brought him some points!

The 4th stage is another one for sprinters like Cavendish, Bennati, Boonen and McEwen. Maybe we are able to get a nice sprint train and the first stage win for Cav today
Great news for all of us 3-4 kilometres before the stage was over! Our team was able to build an amazing train for Cavendish. Bert Grabsch did a great job just like Mark Renshaw
With only one kilometre to race Mark Cavendish left Renshaw´s slipstream to go after McEwen
And in the end, Columbia is celebrating the first stage win in this year´s Tour de France! Cav takes the sprint victory in front of his amazing lead-out man Renshaw and William Bonnet. Bennati only finished as 6th which means that Cav gets the green jersey

After the great win yesterday by Cavendish and the nice second place by his lead-out man Renshaw, we´re looking for another great day
With only 4 kilometres to go, Cavendish had to go on his own while our team was not able to build such a great train like yesterday
When the sprint began Cavendish wasn´t in a good position for the next stage win. Van Avermaet and Bonnet were in front but Cavendish´s acceleration was amazing at this point
And so it became a really exciting and close finish! But Avermaet was the better one in the end..Cavendish takes the second place in front of Farrar and Bonnet which brings him some points again

Here we go again for the next mass sprint! After the close finish yesterday, we´re expecting another exciting final with many great sprinters
With only 5 kilometres to race, a few sprint trains were already built but our sprint captain Cavendish had to go on his own again while our team wasn´t able to prepare the stage finish for him
On the last 900 metres, three Lampre sprinters were in front while Cavendish tried to come out of their slipstreams
Cavendish´s acceleration was great while Petacchi and Bennati really tried to follow him. On the right side it was Tom Boonen who came with an unbelievable speed!
And again it was a close finish! Again it was Cavendish who was beaten by a few centimetres. This time it wasn´t Greg Van Avermaet, but another Belgian named Tom Boonen! Well done Tom
