Well, you know, the Olympics was a rather large event in any country I'd have thought.

Yeah, but the olympics are about many sports.

For reference, I remember that here they referenced who won the vast majority of sports. even the several different classes of archery. Cycling, they gave a large mention.....but only to the two male road events. The rest "didn't exist".

The beauty of British TV is that during the major sporting events, such as the Olympics, is that they flood the market with coverage, such that from a combination of Sky and BBC digital you could watch just about every sport there was - I managed to watch the whole of the women's road race live! Go Nicole!! Smile

21 years old Ivan Rovny (Katusha) signed with Radioshack. They're signing some youngsters to reduce the team age average of almost 40 Smile.

Rini Wagtmans says in 'De Telegraaf', that Astana is interested in signing Gesink.

rjc_43
They probably are interested, but I'd doubt it if Gesink would be interested in moving to them...

Because it always remembers us of the time he got mightily pissed and yelled at everyone on the cyanide forum that he wasn't going to Astana. Two weeks later he signed with Astana.

because Bruynell isn't the best DS to improve in a right and fair way, I think.

As we all know, the Tour de France is the measure of a rider.

He has been disappointing, though.
