On a side note, I never expected such a big signing by them. well done.
Makes sense. Even more so if every other LA/MSS rider is being rumoured at one team or another...
Edit: And it seems Vicioso is going with him.

Actually it's due to the internal strife within the MSS team, that's causing riders to leave. Also, Tondo wasn't implicated in Puerto. He wasn't a big/medium name rider for a big team, so didn't have the money to resort to fuentes.
Vicioso however has his name all over the Puerto documents, including the famous "document 31"
Also, the guy in your sig is likely a future mega superstar.

I thought Tondo used to ride for Liberty Segourus, but I'm properbly thinking of someone else, and ofcourse the internal strife has a great deal to do with it, and Vicioso, will give very for riding in a medicore spanish, than in a medicore portuguies team.
I know he is

Gerald Ciolek has decided to leave Columbia for Milram.
Very wise choice by him.
Yes, it's a good choice 'cause he will never can show his power in the same team with Cav and because Milram is also a sprint team so he will probably be the team leader. For me he is a better sprinter that Cavendish and he can finish well a sprint after a hilly stage, reason that Cav didn't wore the green jersey in the Tour

Well, the reason Cav didnt wear the green jersey in the tour is because it wasnt his aim this year
Will be interesting to see how Ciolek can do now on a team as the strogest sprinter. Currently, he certainly isnt better than Cavendish.

I can bet that in one year maybe two he will be much better than Cavendish

One year or two isnt now is it? Depends how you define a sprinter. Cioleks better at getting over the hills, but Cav is quicker.

Yeah but if you want to win the green jersey in the Tour you've got to be good on hills. For example Freire, this year And he couldn't show his power because he always was just a piece of the train made for Cav.
Ok fot the moment Cav is better 'cause he has 4 wins in the Tour while Ciolek doesn't have a win. We will see who is better when they will be rivals not team mates

Well if Ciolek is better, Cav would have led him out at the Tour, not the other way round (Well maybe in theory, but Cavenidsh is probably too arrogant )

Like the arrogant part , but not they decide, manager do that And they probably felt that Cav is in a better shape and they felt good 'cause Columbia get 4wins and a good publicity

Armstrong was in Denmark yesterday because of a conference (a lot of people paying way too much to hear him speak). He also gave a few interviews, and in one of them, he mentions that he had two team options after he had decided to make a comeback: either CSC .. or Astana.
He says that if Bruyneel wasn't in the sport, he'd have decided to go for CSC. |

I'm wondering if Bruyneel was a manger of a small team, Armstrong would went to that team. I don't think so

Brett Lancaster is going from Milram to Cervelo. He will be the leadoff man to Thor Hushovd.

Interesting. Rumours said that he'd be a part of Gianetti's team (Saunier Duval), but it doesn't seem to go very well. First, they were rumoured to have signed a sponsorship deal with Mapei, but that didn't happen. Next, they were rumoured to have signed with Rebellin, and that didn't happen either.
Bye, bye Saunier? |

Armstrong talks as if he could just choose the team of his liking and they would welcome him with open arms. I doubt that is the fact. Would any team welcome an aged, suspect former tour winner? Even if he is riding for free? |
