Just general cynicism or is there weak curcumstancial evidence backing you up?
A little bit of column A, a little bit of column B
A few years ago he wasn't doing very well. Now he's not doing very well either, but he's being investigated for buying drugs during those years.
So, he's being investigated for buying drugs during years in which he had about the same performance as now.

Proud of being a fan of Roman Kreuziger, really great ride from a big rider, that a good spirit. He lost 11 minutes, and next mountain stage he rides for a victory and that was succesfull

Am I the only won who thinks RH will pay tomorrow his super performance today? I mean, the guy was at his best and could only take ~15 seconds from JR. If JR is indeed in good form (which I think he his, since he actually did pretty good today) I can see him winning the Giro tomorrow. |

I think everyone has this thought in the back of their mind, atleast.
That said Hesjedal seems his best right now too, so maybe he will have another great day. I dont think anyone will know until they hit they slopes tomorrow.

I think Hesjedal is going to ride very smart tomorrow and stay with Scarpony, Basso and Rodriguez and try to save some energy for the ITT to crush them all. |

This is nice to say, but this is not how it goes in sports and cycling especially. It is not about what Hesjedal wants or how smart he is. If Basso will be close to real Basso tommorow at Stelvio, even praying would not have save Hesjedal and the others. But old Basso "died" at 2010 probably and Scarponi done that year later, so everythig is open for their opponents.

Interesting breakaway.
Caruso being in there raises hopes of something a little different from Liquigas today. Garmin go with putting Vandevelde in there slightly surprises me, I'd have thought he would have been with Hesjedal along with Stetina for as long as possible.
Vaughters thinking is perhaps Katusha will do the work, knowing that Hesjedal surely just has to follow Rodriguez today.

Well done by Garmin to send Vande Velve up the road. A good way to increase the chances that Hesjedal will have some support after the Mortirolo.

Anybody noticed that the cyclist looks like humans? They're suffering. Scarponi only managed 3 attacks. Hesjedal was the strongest, however, he only got away with 10 sec. They're only attacking the last 3 kms instead of attacking the entire climb like Lance and Ullrich. The GC is very close, a rider like De Gendt is only 6 minutes behind the leader, last year Nibali was 7 minutes behind Contador or something like that and once upon a time Basso won it all with 10 minutes...

There's a big chance they won't do anything on the Mortirolo and wait for the Stelvio.
If they do that they're idiots. Their only chance to take the Giro back from Hesjedal is to drop him up the Mortirolo.
Also, I'm going to start referring to it as the Passo di Foppa just to be annoying
