The Farnese rider was again the fastest in the end. Not sure if it was Gatto or someone else.
Edit: Second time in a row, that you was a bit faster than me obviously

A pity as I was looking forward on this finish. It`s a perfect high peed finish for riders like him or Modolo.
Apparently because of that tiny hill they had to tackle I guess he can only win when the stage is completely flat for now.

Don`t think so as the hill wasn`t that hard and he and De Heas were the only ones. Probably he punctured on the bad road conditions.
The stages in Malaysia haven`t been much easier. |

Michael Matthews wins "Rund um Köln" today. Kittel on a strong 2nd again, Nizzolo (Leo) 3rd.
A shame that there was no TV broadcast for one of the biggest German races left. ;(

The race will be shown at 17.35 at WDR. No live coverage sucks, though.

Belletti won today's stage in Tour of Turkey ahead of Ferrari and Sulzberger. Petacchi in fourth.
Lovely area, by the way. I've been on vacation there (Icmeler and Marmaris) several times |

He didn't puncture, he dropped on the last hill. I read three reports from the race and both said he just dropped on the hill, no mechanical involved.
Where was Greipel again today ?

Yes. 9th indeed.
After looking through the result today I must say, that the German Eurosport guys are really blind. According to them Modolo won, although he wasn`t in the first group. Farrar was always very well positioned, he finished 3min behind. Baumann attacked on the last climb but with 11min back I don`t think it was him
Greipel`s 9th is obviously not on the same level than he had last year but at least he was able to stay in the pack unlike several other sprinters. But this can`t be his ambition of course |

Tour of Romandie prologue got atarted 30 minutes ago. Surprisngly Van Winden holds the best time 3:43. Vino was 1 sec behind and most surprisngly Tony Martin, favourite was 6 seconds slower.
Many riders to go yet likes Wiggo, Porte, Rabon or Thomas.

Apparently, the organizers have cut trickiest turn on the prologue course so the overall distance has been trimmed to 2.9 km.
That's why the fast times so far. Geoffrey Lequatre beats Winden by a second to take the lead.
