After an amazing season up to here, we´re going to join the Tour de France 2010! The biggest and greatest race every year is waiting for us. There are only the best riders in France just like every year because everyone wants so shine there. Alberto Contador was the strongest one in 2009 so it´s interesting to see him again...maybe in yellow?..
Our team is strong enough to get some nice results there! Not only because of our great sprinters like Cavendish and Renshaw but also with Maxime Monfort and Michael Rogers. Monfort will lead the team in France this year while his shape is amazing and his results this year were brilliant! Rogers will be his main help in the mountains and he wants to shine in time trials, too.
Albasini, Peter Velits, Grabsch, Rabon and Howard will complete our team-squad.
But let´s talk about the big favorites there....
Of course Alberto Contador is the biggest contender but with Armstrong, Klöden, Leipheimer, Andy Schleck, Fränk Schleck, Menchov, Wiggins, Basso, Kreuziger, Samuel Sanchez, Valverde and Vande Velde are waiting many favorites! We will see if Maxime Monfort is able to keep it up with such great names
Team Columbia for France
Maxime Monfort
Bert Grabsch
Mark Cavendish
Leigh Howard
Mark Renshaw
Peter Velits
Frantisek Rabon
Michael Albasini
Michael Rogers |
