Caleb ewan and gaviria are nowhere near as fast as bryan cocquard who is 78sp and 80acc imo |

I actually agree but what makes you think he's not worth 80 as a lot of people would like to see him 80 mtn?
because it has 81 hill, and this stat helps the mountain, so mountain 79 will perfect
Use forgive translator
This is not a good point what about valverde who's got 81 mtn and 82 hills ? he hasn't shown great results in this vuelta he completely collapsed
but I finished third in tour de france and purito 29
valverde maybe mon 80 |

He did finished 3rd in tour but purito had lost too much time to play for the gc but he did manage to get 2 wins though |

Majka is a good climber but not a top climber doesn't deserve 81 |

But Purito pretty much rested in most of the other stages. He never could've followed the best in the Tour. If you really think that he deserves 80, then why didn't Majka get 80 last year. 2 stage wins and following Nibali, Pinot, etc. |

Valverde deserves these stats he's had an amazing year and like the other big GT riders Contador, Froome and Quintana he looked fatigued in his second tour of the year. The only way in single payer mode to recreate this would be to lower his REC stat for the Vuelta and do the same for Froome and Quintana.
Purito on the other hand didn't go for GC or work for anybody else at the Tour and just chose the stages he was interested in and used the Tour as a preparation race for the Vuelta. 79 mtn works well for him especially considering that the Vuelta had a whole load of medium mountain stages which are well suited to his superior hill and acc stats |

Coquard is a sprinter still reaching the peak of his abilities and similar to Bouhanni and Viviani in that they're natural sprinters. I have Coqaurd 78sp 80acc but I would see nothing wrong with giving him 79sp as he is fast. |

I think Purito deserves 80 and Valverde 81. Valverde during all the year gets a good results in all the races. |

little up for rob britton, michael woods, owain doull, fabrice jeandesboz ?
little down for rui costa in mountain
Martinez from colombia is more a climber than specialist in time trial |

Rui Costa at 78 mtn is pretty good as his low REC stat only makes him any good for week long stages races anyway. |

imo purito is 80 mtn even if he's got 81 hills but he does deserve it |

I wouldn't mind to see cocquard 79 SP but gaviria and ewan are max 77SP and they are already young. Ewan got a win in vuelta but that's mainly because a lot of sprinters had abandonned |

Well on the stage Ewan won he beat Sagan and Degenkolb two sprinters that can go fast uphill.
One sprinter that hasn't been mentioned so far is Danny Van Poppel. |

Gaviria 78 SPR? Oh please. He got one good result in a lower tour without big guns at peak when Owain Doull was successful on a regular basis (more so than Gaviria) and Cav was his lead out. Cav. Was his lead out. Cav. As your lead out. I'd say 75-76 with 69/70 hill and decent flat and stamina for his age. Still not proven rec-wise so keep that low. Heard he's ok over cobbles, not to sure, 67/68? Put that together and that's one he'll of a young sprinter.

Well, Cav wasn't his leadout. And he beat Viviani, Greipel and others by a mile. Sure, they are not on their top form, but thats why he only gets 78. Beating Greipel like that, when Greipel is on his form, would grant him 79 or more SP. Also don't forget that Gavirias backup stats are low. Also he won a stage in the early season, where he did beat Cav and he won in the Czech republic. Try it out yourself. 78 SP with very low backup stats works perfectly fine.

Also as I have suggested, upping Ewan's and Gaviria's stats is fruitless on the basis of end-of-season results, because they progress to this level anyway. So of they start the season how they ended it in real life, they get to be world class by the end of the year, whereas irl they were as good at the end as your stats had them at the start.
EDIT: I can't help but agree with you Paul but with 78 sprint he develops into a monster by this time. I'm putting 76-78 when I edit the 2016db but 75 absolute max for 2015-starting dbs
