(And I'm impressed by Rasmussen once again. I really didn't think he was able to answer an attack) |

he didn't. it was Cobo. I have no doubt he can go with Valverde today. the question is the Pyrenees.
where is Sastre, is the question I'm asking.
EDIT: the commentators have just answered me. Sastre is injured. it's his knee.

Evans!!!
he's repaying my faith in him
Contador was right when he said yesterday that he was very surprised at himself. |

The first time, I meant. Just the fact that he can follow their accelerations is amazing.
Anyway, really fantastic by Cadel Evans. Never seen him attack before. |

Probably too tired because of his try to follow Contador. |

this descent is only 4.5% average. not that I've seen the charts, but it's the longer slope of the Galibier, which has that gradient ascending, so I'm pretty sure it's the same road.
that plus the final few kms being flat, and only Soler has a chance of staying away... |

I'm really impressed by the idiocy of those guys to be left behind AND not work to rejoin. Moreau is getting his payback for yesterday, but Evans, Sastre, Kloden... |

Yes, but for me, it's really great to watch. It's good for Michael. |

yes, but it's bad for Evans and Sastre, and to me it's whoever can beat Valverde |

also, remember the stage ENDS in a small climb in Briançon. just like the Giro. no idea if it's the same climb, though... |
