TMM had a sponsor region? Or rather, 15 sponsor regions I suppose.
I got 13 Americans, Including most of the good ones, but I'm disappointed that a lot of teams didn't follow their talent-packed regions...
I did. The only two guys from places that aren't (wider) sponsor regions are Valverde and Bennett.

Oh come off it about 'no riders from my sponsor regions'.
I got Indonesia and I'm doing great

Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Ok, so all joking aside, you have to make sure people aren't abusing the system Bikex. I know that before you said the limit on DT riders was 75 AVG but that is way too high. It should be for riders that need developing (clue's in the name), not for good riders that will win everything at that level, therefore ruining it for everyone playing the game realistically.
Also, this isn't a personal dig at LLS, just that he brought the subject up. I, for example, could put Rohan Dennis and Pete Kennaugh into the Dev Team as they're both within the original rules but clearly they are way too good. My best DT rider will be around 69 AVG. I'm sure most people will be realistic but there will always be someone trying to exploit the system so why would this be any different.
I would lower the maximum AVG to 72 at most.
And as for the sponsor region chat, I'm pretty happy with my 78% British squad. I actually wanted a more British/American split but I knew that wasn't going to work with 2 American WT teams

I agree with your rant, Brewers. 72 or 73 AVG would be better indeed.

I'm pretty sure that I'm one of those teams that people think to not having followed the sponsor regions stuff so let me explain how my team works.
18 riders in my team, only 9 croatians only 50%
but my sponsor has a sister company in Poland (3) and stock holders in Austria (2) and Hungary (2). that's 16 riders from sponsor regions (88%). and the two spaniards nobody cares about except me
I kinda felt like I was one of the teams addresed, who fits the shoe puts in on kinda thing. thought that some people were thinking of my team. also had the same feeling when The Rider criticized the riders in EPIC for not being original enough

No. Your team is fine Luigi. 4 Croatians would already be enough, it's Croatia after all. Combine that with a nice Eastern-Europe/Balkan focus, and your team is absolutely fine

Agree with Dev, should be much lower limits. 72AVG and/or 72/73 max Stat (excl. Rec, Ftr, Sta, Res, DH). Also on Dev teams, like how much of a bonus to development is there? I've got some borderline riders and i wouldn't want to make the wrong decision.
And on sponsor regions. Lunar Industries, Umbrella Corporation and Hill Valley are all fictional, so it doesn't matter. Equally it really doesn't f*cking matter. Some people like to play it nationally or sponsorly. Some people just like to get riders and have fun in a different way. Neither is wrong, so let's all have some fun

I agree Brewers. I mean, i could have Mezgec in my dev team (yep, that's right 74,9), and he'd rule the division. But that's clearly not right, since this should be somebody to challenge for Top 10s/5s in less contested WT races.

I personally made many bids with the 75 avg limit in mind
changing it now should not happen in my opinion |

Bikex. Make it so a 73/74 AVG rider will not develop much at all in U25 compared to CT or WT.

I really fail to see how that rule affects a CT team? If you have any riders around the 75 AVG mark, they will be your main team leaders, so...
I sincerely hope you're not planning on putting Howard or Boivin in to the Dev team.

While i think the AVG limit is too high, it doesn't have to be changed. The way i read that the Dev team works is that is gives a bigger boost to younger/worse riders? Or at least benefits for people like Kennaugh/Mezgec/Felline would be minimal compared to normal use in a team. Also Dev team points mean nothing to your team?

As promised the gpx and zcts for Course de la Paix. Route should be somewhere else in this thread, but if you can't find it, I'll post the link

That's definitely one of my favourite teams, if not the favourite. Really well constructed team with the "Holy Trinity" of Swiss climbers in Frank, Tschopp and Morabito . Probably only lacking a proper leadout man for Feillu but nice job nonetheless. I'll be cheering for you.

I'll rout for any team with Cav
