I am so fricking tired of my computer parts not working.
So I got an external hard drive two months ago because my internal has almost run out, a Toshiba Canvio 2GB portable drive.
It worked completely fine until mid way through this morning, and then, just like everything else I own, it just stopped.
Well not really, it happens after the power strip powering my computer was accidentally switched off. Ever since then, it's been not working. I used to be able to see it as it's name, with a picture, and see everything in it as a regular hard drive.
Instead, it was called "Local Disk F:" It wouldn't recognize anything else although under properties it called it " Toshiba USB 3.0 Device."
The white light on it was flashing and I decided it would probably be sorted out in another restart, maybe the crash had messed it up.
Instead, upon restart it doesn't even respond. It started making a ticking noise but then stopped, the light is solid and the computer recognizes nothing. I don't want to go abck to the store and see the warranty but now I think I might have to, and I am sick of it.
I don't think I've payed for a single thing in the past year that has worked like it was supposed to. If it's fried, it shouldn't be. I got it like 2 months ago.
I don't know why I posted this, but there's really nothing else for me to do. I don't really expect technical help because no matter how much I search every "similar" problem is not really that similar and therefore I have no answers. I don't know if it's the drive or my PC or what and I never will. I just needed to vent somewhere because I am sick of everything I own breaking for no goddamn apparent reason. Uggh
Rant over.
Highlighted your issues.
@Code: What card do you have? A cheap replacement could be well worth it.
@SSJ2Luigi: Bravo.

I could play PCM on my laptop, which has a okay processor and RAM and etc, but (integrated *puke*) graphics card...
or
I could play PCM on my desktop, which has an okay graphics card but is 7 years old, not worth replacing IMO
I'm okay with graphics on 0 though. No distractions

Wow, the highest pitch string of my guitar broke, which detuned some of my other strings. Guitar wasn't tuned correctly at all anymore but I managed to make something cool in that wrong tuning and recorded it. Too bad I won't ever play it again, unless I found the horrible tuning my guitar was in after the string broke |

Does it actually go through Hoogmade, or just along the road above?

Hoogma'? (that's what we call it here) that's not even remotely close but I think you mean Hoofddorp, goes through it |

No pro cycling around here
Vuelta 2015 would have a start here in Sneek, but now it won't even start in the Netherlands. Well, perhaps the criterium of Surhuisterveen is good enough.
