Actually, those clips of Rogers crying while being applauded by the crowd. In some way fantastic, in some way really, really sad.
i'm learning that cycling and especially the grand Tours are full of those.
A tragic example, when Casartelli died on 15th stage of 1995.

I found a good website for highlights, previews, post race interviews, miscelaneous incidents and for those who might have difficulty accessing TDF footage on TV or there's not enough focus on particular events, riders etc this is pretty good.
I've been following Barloworld but in the hour or so of live late at night we get on TV, the Aussie commentators don't even know they exist. A least we get some footage on free to air TV but it does mean as the race finishes a few hours before my alarm clock goes off for my day in the office, I feel pretty damn tired.
Anyway, the focus is pretty well rounded despite being an American effort and for Barloworld fans this site has a full 2.5 minute interview with Robbie Hunter and showed the Degano incident(sort of) and offers the best perspective of the stage 4 sprint finish i've seen (Aerial)It's clear to see why Robbie is upset at coming in 2nd. That perspective is visible by viewing the Thor Hushovd interview footage. I see what Robbie meant when he said he ran out of Road.
Oh yeah - the URL: https://www.versus...
Daily Video footage on the left hand side, you can then you can select what stage to view video from.
Hope someone gets something out of it. |

He was downhilling to his team hotel, and crashed into him. That must be the worst way to go out of the tour

I couldn't believe it when he hit that dog , it's been an unlucky tour for T-Mobile.

I'm not really sure what to believe. Vino has just been "repaired" by the medic car, so I guess he doesn't feel too well. |

I don't think that's any indication of anything.
as for mind games, Moreau continues his usual "I'm awesome" mind games by riding comfortably at the back of the peloton.
Mercado attacks now... |
