Somebody has information or knows a website where the time for each lap is listed as well as their average speed?
Austria commentators are the worst. Talk about riders who abandoned and they say "it will be tough for them to get back". No sense whatsoever. Plus, they constantly talked about Wiggins being a favourite when he already pulled out.

Take the live timing site, do the math to calculate lap times, do a bit more math to calculate average speed
