Booooooooooo. Fucking wheelsucker Martin.

He did most of the work the last 20 km.

No he did 40%

Most of the end was steep descent. Would you rather have the atrocious descender on the front so they get caught?

I meant once it flattened out.

So why do you say last 20kms? In last 20kms, Fuglsang did more, simple. Smile
And i am glad Martin won btw.

I was wrong to say 20 km. I meant like 8. Wink

Garmin should do that every stage!

i hope they will, they were brilliant today.

All the crybabies here about SKY are silent now hopefully, fantastic stage!! And good that Porte cracked!Grin

Sort out your shit man, this was clarification of yesterday.

What exact clarification? That Froome is doing really well? yeah. But the rest of the team cracked and it was a great stage, don't cry about it maybe being doping when he never tested positive, it's pathetic.

They cracked 20 hours after being absolutely dominant with six riders, that is not normal.
First two hours of the stage were great, after that Movistar ruined their chances and did brilliant work for Froome. They just ride for 2nd.

Movistar was riding to keep Porte away, ofcourse they were riding for 2nd at first. Later they noticed Froome could easily follow and tried with Quintana (I agree, awful attacks by him) and a 2nd place is absolutely great for Valverde, ofcourse they will ride for that.

And how is it not normal? The same thing happened to the Liquigas team after riding for Sagan the stage before the first mountain stage.

So what are the time gaps of sprinters now? But jury will never rule out Cav anway...

But one thing is clear after this Tour

Contador needs to focus on winning the Giro and Vuelta instead and just leave Sky to the TdF because he cant do shit anymore.

Guess the steaks are not as good anymore Grin

I don't know, they're pretty strict about the time limit here...

Movistar ruined it !!! should have made Froome chase on the valley roads n then attack on the mountain. They just dragged him to the top.Valverde happy with 2nd i guess !!!

The tactic of Garmin made the race for me, and it wasn't a really bad move at first, only stupid that Froome could follow easily. (I mean the attack on the flat) Froome is just unbeatable. I still don't get the riding by Quintana though, that was really awful lol.

Seriously? Rolling Eyes

You think that it a good tactic up till the point where Quintana did the only right thing (albeit too late)?

If i was the boss in the car with Movistar and I saw Porte getting back I'd ride to keep him away aswell. Rather have Porte out of the GC than let him come back and try to attack Froome wich won't work.

There is another 2 weeks coming aswell, so they eliminated Porte today, not a bad day imo. Ofcourse the attack by Quintana was awful but yeah..

Wut? What was Cannondale supposed to do on Ax3 Domaines? They dropped on purpose, they dont care about mountain stages. Yoo compare two completely different things.

I guess if it's a big group they will have to be less strict otherwise al lot of riders have to leave the TourPfft.

2nd is great? in what world??

Anyone who says 2nd is good is just making excuses for losing.

When Ted King was the person. Cav is other situation, or it can be like 40 riders and they will not kick them all.

Ofcourse they drop in the mountains, but they went from 1st in the team GC to last, so clearly they lost a lot of energy. How is it not normal a team loses energy after having wasted a lot of energy the day before? I don't get your reasoning.

What would you rather do? Lose Porte or try and break Froome wich won't work?

Please relax, he had a bad day yesterday - everybody can have that, even Contador.

He looked much better today and I think he will only get better day for day. It's gonna get hard for him to win the Tour but to say "he can't do shit anymore" is simply just stupid.

Not when it comes to situations like this. It'll be exactly like two years ago.
