Not a problem for me but I can imagine it may be for CT teams. That is not what I thought active bidding meant in my first year. |

The active bids was new last year iirc, before that it was winning bids

And it was confusing as hell for some, as it wasn't properly described iirc.
So if you start a thread for Cunego with 50k and never bid again, even if he's well past a million at that moment, it would count as an active bid.

Will several bids on the same rider count as one active bid?

Sure. The measure is riders you bid on, not single bids.

Re: Active bids.
Its fairly simple - only bid on who you really want!

I've got a few questions about transfers,
firstly it mentions that the rider name has to spelt right in the thread title, what happens if it's not? does that mean the bid isn't valid and does it mean that if someone wants to outbid them then they need to post a new thread with the rider's name spelt correctly or can it carry on in that thread?
second question, do i need to put my full team name in my bid or if I just put Sauber or Sauber Petronas is that enough?
third question, if I notice a bid that isn't valid does that mean i would still have to outbid that bid or would i be allowed to equal the invalid one as it's outbidding the previous valid one by enough?

1. Its invalid. A new thread would need to be made with the correct name.
2. Sauber will be sufficient, but it is good practice to put Sauber Petronas
3. Yes, you just need to outbid the highest valid bid - invalid bids can be ignored
