exactly. It's it practically opening an editor and making the stats of your rider higher than before. AI don't use training camps, so its cheating.
Although some people would think that 'freire' is cheating too

Blame the AI for being stupid then
Nah, I agree, used training camp once in the 06 version, found it to be pretty lame as you can practicly win the tour with Mcewen that way. |

freire is cheating as well, but it's not really the same thing
I actually won L-B-L with McEwen in pcm06 that way when I tried it once |

I did send Anton and Zubeldia to a training camp. 6 days of mountains.
And to be honest, i'm glad i did now that i see the lineup in the Vuelta
They both gained 2 points(never used a trainingcamp before, 6 days 2 points?! seems a bit over the top!) |

It is cheap, and i didn't think it'd be that easy tbh. I thought i had to plan the training and stuff like that, and only if i did it right for all 6 days then maybe they'd gain a point
But it'll help in the Vuelta. And i'll need it

Vuelta a Espana - Stage 3
Flat with a hill at the end of it. Definately not something we usually like, but given Fernandez result yesterday we remain optimistic.
Aramendia went in todays breakaway. He made it to the front with 2 companions but they were passed by Rebellin who is now out in front. The peleton have started riding and with 69km to go it's looking tough.
The breakaway is caught just before the hill, Capecchi and Gutierrez try their luck at catching Rebellin.
24.5km to go and we've just come over the top of the climb. It's alls quare at this point and the sprinters will be coming to the front soon. Fernandez is feeling the effects of the climb.
Fernandez is struggling to come to the front with 14km to go. With a little luck he'll find a wheel to put himself on on his way there.
But there's a mass crash on the descent! It's causing the peleton to break into pieces as a large group of riders slide in the corner and slam into the stonewall!
5,5km to go and Fernandez has lost touch with Freire and Boonen. This finish was simply too demanding for him.
It must've been the same for all the sprinters because up front, it's Florencia in the lead in front of Ballan, Pozzato, Ricco and O'Grady. 800m to go!
And it's Ricco who takes it! Florencio 2nd, Pozzato 3rd. A lot of riders will lose time because of the crash. Sastre is there again! He didn't crash, but he was in the wrong end of the split peleton!

The Lampre guy must've crashed really hard...his head went through the wall
