So, anyone that wants a future legend, Birtles is once again available. He has the worst luck ever in the history of everything.
At the start nobody was interested, so picked UHC. Their manager quit before the season started, so I picked Cofidis. Their manager quit after the first season part. Then Radioshack. Close to giving up.

@Ollfardh: You should think about the consequences of this. I guess you don't want to see Movistar and Argos getting relegated due to that role.
I don't know how Argos' manager is planning for the transfer period but i will need a lot of luck to get one of my riders into the top positions in the cobbled classics with my current team and I'm not planning on changing this.

And i hope that you, Ollfardh are not angry, because i have written that "manager application", but i was waiting until now,, because OPQS is, together with BMC, my favorite team, and i don't want, that any other new guy comes in and snatches it away right infront of me...i hope you understand that. And I don't want to miss anything in the transfer period, because the team needs to completely reset itself...and the HQ needs to be made.
