I love this story but I agree with something: "A Tale of Two" was the best story i've ever seen. I miss that one. |

Just read this. I hope you return, fully refreshed, to make a great comeback to this section. Loved the story while it lasted, and even though they haven't lasted the long you might have wanted, they sure are on the top of my favourites ones here. |

I must say I'm amazed with the many helpful comments you've replied here! Very sensible things have been said and I thank you all for your five cents worth! I learned a lot reading them and I'm sure I will be able to use them in the future.
As said, I'll take some time off (days, weeks, no idea yet), trying to cook up something new, something fresh, something better. Thanks for the suggestions about a team-story, but I guess that's not really my thing, I feel my potential is more with the one-rider/two-rider stories, but told from I-perspective (like Tale of Two), I think I'll work out something like that again. So I'll try to come up with something that will hopefully be interesting, long-term (no start stats too high) and that I can really put my time in and get something worthwhile out of it!
Thanks for the support, everyone! Will be back |

Enjoy the break, as no one here around worked harder in posting reports than you. But don't know if that is a good or bad thing

Well, i think we'll all be sad to see you go, but the thought of you coming back with an even better story is not only great, but i think near on impossible after this and Tale of Two.
This has been a great read and i do think you would lose a bit of motivation after Roberto won all 3 GT's in 2016
But like i've said before, if you don't enjoy something, dont do it. Why else do you think i'm trying to get out of school |

It's sad for me to read it but I think it's the right decision. During the latter part it became a little bit boring because you didn't have any cliffhangers .
Anyway you are an amazing story writer and whatever you decide to do now i will support you in it. I hope you will continue Roberto but I also hope you will make an amazing story with Rik Van Damme. Thank you for loads of great stories |

He cant be, simply because that is Peter Sagan
But Roberto is king of mountains and hills, true colombian.
Btw. i am trying to catch up, page 28 now.

Thanks a lot
I'm starting to miss story writing a lot!
Starting to think about returning, though...

Maybe, yeah
Maybe it's time for Ian Butler 2.0 (qua story writing)
I'm starting to get used to school now anyway. There'll still be times I don't have any time but I can just write when I do have time, can't I?
I'm gonna have to cook something up, just hope I can have the same awesome audience back I had in a Tale of Two and this story
