if he do the kind of work he did to Contador in TDF, he wil certainly be a big help to Evans.

I didnt say he isnt useful, I said he isnt too useful, which I meant in meaning that while he is a decent climber, compared to the climbers that other leaders have as 'helpers', he isnt among the best.

well, I really don't think just Popovych is enough and I think Evans is going to be in quite some trouble. Popovych and Horner, however, I feel might cut it.
Cioni....the less said the better.

Where did I say anywhere that Popovych is enough? Popovych is better than what Evans has had before, but is by no means perfect for him. Horner would help though if he decides to not transfer to an american team, but its a shame Predictor werent a little more active in the climbers department.

that's what I'm saying. I think he'd be very useful, but you said otherwise.

Horner is an excellent 2nd helper for a GC contender as he would be if he stays, and he also has good results in Switzerland (Romandie and Tour de Suisse).

he was supposed to be a big prospect for the harder classics (Liege, etc.). just another bust. oh well. there's lots of them lying around.

for Ganesha's sake man, have a little faith. most of the bouyges team, for example, can't be doped. because if they are, that would be really really sad

Caldwell is a brilliant rider. I believe he has 11 national titles to his credit.

Thats a shock to me, always thought he would be good. It was probably due to him winning the tour of britain |

He isn't bad though, he could have gone to some other Pro Tour team, I'm sure someone would have taken him.
