Contact or no contact in the situation? Plenty of contact thanks to the defender's leg which blocks the way for Young.

Villa made him a good player  I am just happy to see United fans on the forums admitting it was a dive. You see I am double pissed now, heh

Besides, City only have themselves to blame for not winning the Premiership this season.

And regarding the penalty: Despite Young acting on it, it was still a completely fair penalty. There's contact between the defender and Young, and Young obviously takes the easy solution and lets himself fall.
Edit: Alright, just seen this:
To be honest, doesn't look like a penalty. Doesn't change the fact that United has been completely dominating this match so far. Doesn't change the other fact that City have had just as much referee "help" as United
