Sorry
Normally you have like 24 hours, so you have got enough time to sleep, get up, take a shower, have some breakfast, turn on your pc and send the lists

i've noticed Kentaurus usually has the draft done between 9am-4pm Australian time.

I'm pretty sure I had Fred Rodriguez second on my list. He didn't get drafted until the last round, which would mean he would be my second round selection and not going to a conti team... |

If you are "pretty sure", then it gives the impression you haven't checked your outbox yet.
Poor Kentaurus =( |

Yep, that's a mistake. Thank God that a random team took Freddy, and not a player, as that would screw up the whole draft. |

Okay here are the correction changes:
Round 18 - LG takes Fred Rodriguez
Round 18 - UK Youth takes Tom Zirbel
Round 19 - UK Youth takes Russell Downing
Round 19 - Open Conti 7 takes Brett Lancaster
Daniel Lloyd was not drafted.

Okay, you can ignore Lancaster in my draft list then. |

Just as a note to everyone, I don't know when today's draft will get done, much of my family is coming over today (since tomorrow is a national holiday and no one has to work). So I'm not sure when I will get any free time.

I don't care, have to prepare my exams, take it easy so I don't have to make draftlists

Okay so as we near the end of this I'm going to give you guys a quick look at a simulation ... I don't think you all realize how much I slow the growth of young riders. So I'm going to do an example run.
For this example I'm going to use Voetbal International's Mattia Cattaneo.
Cattaneo has a 7 potential in this test.
Base Stats
Time | Ovr | FL | MO | HI | TT | PR | CO | SP | AC | DH | FT | ST | RS | RC | Start | 71 | 67 | 72 | 65 | 68 | 65 | 53 | 60 | 65 | 68 | 65 | 68 | 70 | 72 | End | 73 | 68 | 74 | 66 | 70 | 68 | 54 | 61 | 65 | 68 | 65 | 69 | 71 | 74 |
Currently simulating the season...

The results will be random though. I simulated two seasons on 0,2 a week ago to see if it was worth getting talents, in one of them Romain Sicard had 79 climbing at the end of the season, in the other one he was still 72. So unless you edited other stuff, riders are still likely to explode.
Edit: I'm simulating a season with 0,2 as well (lv5 trainer) to test Gilbert's fitness program, will post results after the season.

I've edited many other things. Namely the .xml files that generate potential max. But also several other fields that affect rider growth. I've put in a good bit of effort previously to try and get to the point where a very high potential 20 year old rider can start breaking into the top 10 of Grand Tours around 23-26 years old depending on some variation.

As long as some talents actually break through, otherwise I'd feel ditched because I have a talent squad |
