Why? I thought Albasini, despite racing for Phonak and Liquigas, was supposed to be clean. But hey, I might've missed something.

Same generation as Alcala.

Nice job by Cervelo, especially Wyss and Konovalovas, don't know Novoa. They definitely will have a very interesting team.

Mads Christensen, the Dane who was at QuickStep a few years back, has decided to return to cycling. He'll be riding for Designa Køkken next season.

Sastre's best friend. That sums it up all.

Sastre kept referring Novoa to CSC for years until Riis finally took him along for training camp.

Nygaard's verdict at the time was some politically correct thing like "still too young and needs to learn and stuff". Wasn't given a contract after that. Basically the polite way of saying "Don't come back please". At the time, at least, he didn't have any results worth noting in youth categories.

CSC still has one spot open in their team, and Kim Andersen has stated that they'll be looking to fill that spot up - however, it won't be a rider who's going to ride the Tour for CSC. "The riders who are going to ride the Tour for CSC are already in the squad", he says.

.. and some other funny news: Scott Sunderland, Directeur Sportif at Cervelo Test Team for the past few weeks, has been 'fired' due to problems with working together with the team's manager, Thomas Campana. Campana has been working with the women's team until now, and it's some of the methods he's brought on from the women's team to the men's team that they disagree about.

It seems weird.

Oh well, im sure CSC will let him come back Pfft It is weird though. Sunderland did seem really up for the Cervelo job...

Don't know if it's said but;

Simon Gerrans, Martin Reimer, Inigo Cuesta, Xavier Florencio and Gabriel Rasch to Cervelo.
