Shame bout Contador - so unlucky to puncture

Funny... Some days ago you seemed to believe that he wasn't among the five best climbers...
Those words really needed to come out.

you seem to think I'm one of those who changes opinion every five minutes
I maintain my opinion. I saw nothing today to disprove it. once the pack started chasing, he lost 1:30 in 1km... |

Dwight K. Schrute: 'I'm not a hero. Im just a mere defender of the office. You know who is a hero? Hiro from Heroes. That's a hero. And Bono'.

quite honestly I think Moreau is right on schedule to be this year's "guy who does great in the Dauphine". meaning...I think he'll crack majorly in the Pyrenees. let's wait and see. |

I agree on Moreau. And his Jo-Jo way of riding seems peculiar - he should be a lot stronger riding on his own, even though his ride on Ventoux faced a mediocre peleton compared to that of Le Tour.
Rasmussen showed that he is a fantastic climber. He wanted the mountain points as well as the stage, and thus he could not wait for the finish.
He lost two minutes to Mayo because he was cracked up and on fire for a lot of kilometers - that is obvious.
I understand why you disagree, I simply disagree with your disagreeing...
What was that... |

I think he just ran wide on a bend, going down the second hill, which in turn caused Arroyo to dive over the crash barriers.

According to the tv guys the doctor told him he had not broken anything, mind you according to them Valverde now rides for Astana but never mind. Does anyone know about why O'Grady went to hospital?

Did Robbie McEwen come in outside of the time limit? Looks like there were about a dozen-or-so casualties on time who haven't been reported yet. |

Me neither...according to my calculations, the time limit was somewhere around 44 minutes behind Rasmussen...and the autobus that McEwen seemed to miss came in at 39:07 behind... |
