I'm very upset with today's result.....Kreuziger could be 19th now, without that Beltran's problems.
It was absolutely deserved win by Luis Peréz. He did it, as great victories are done: attack about 5 km before finishing line and then give it all you have. I liked it.
It was clear from begining that efimkin won't make it until end, today he simply had bad day. |

Usov could allways climb a bit, nothing suprising. Also Langeveld, Moerenhout, Clement all top 40, good because they all go to the worlds, so good form. Clement even 26th in Gc. Suprising, because he is not really a climber. |

He was third in the GP Plouay in 2005! That was a bunch sprint, 80 men or something (I was there ), so he was among the top 80 best climbers in that race. |

yes, I remember the race vividly. but it was still surprising that he got past the climbs (never mind that he actually won a bunch sprint )

Devolder has left the Vuelta due to a crash yesterday. He might be out of the World Championship too. |

pretty damn short stage today. which is good. I'm about to fall asleep with how boring classes were today. I need excitement, dammit!
then again, the only one who ever attacks is Sastre, so there shouldn't be much excitement....I might just skip the stage...

eurosport for some reason are playing Milan-Benfica. how is that more important than a live Vuelta stage?
