Criterium du Dauphine Libere

The third stage is the second flat one in a row. After the amazing stage win by Matthew Goss yesterday, we´re optimistic for today!

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/2-68.jpg
When the last escape was caught up by the pack, the teams built their trains. Goss couldn´t stay in front but Reynes was able to take the lead when the sprint began. Boonen was there, too!

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/3-67.jpg
On the last metres Boonen took the lead of Reynes! After the bad sprint preparation by Quick Step yesterday he must be really happy today!

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/4-67.jpg
Boonen is the stage winner but where is Reynes?

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/5-67.jpg
The Spaniard became 3rd in the end! That´s another fantastic result for us. Duque takes the second place

Wow that must have been hard to get him to do so well. I would never be able to do that well with a rider of his calibre.

Criterium du Dauphine Libere

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/1-99.jpg
The fourth stage is the second time trial but this one is some metres longer than the prolog. With 42 kilometres it´s gonna be one of the hardest stage in this year´s Dauphine Libere. The main favorites should be Leipheimer, Millar, Rogers, Monfort and Brajkovic

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/2Monfort.jpg
Monfort was the first one of the favorites, setting a Top 10 time! With 57 minutes and 24 seconds he takes the lead

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/3Gesink.jpg
Mhh...It wasn´t for a long time because Robert Gesink made the time trial of his life, beating Monfort by 20 seconds

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/4Vinokourov.jpg
Next one was Astana captain Vinokourov with a great time, too. He couldn´t reach Gesink´s but he was still 3 seconds faster than Monfort

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/5Rogers.jpg
Michael Rogers had an amazing day! His time was fantastic, beating Gesink by 55 seconds!

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/6Millar-1.jpg
David Millar really showed his strength today but he couldn´t take the lead of Rogers. In the end he´s 56 seconds behind the Australian

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/7Brajkovic.jpg
There were only two riders left with Brajkovic and Leipheimer! The first one was Brajkovic with an exciting ride. He was really fast but it wasn´t enough to beat Rogers!

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/8Leipheimer.jpg
We were really happy with the result up to here. When Leipheimer crossed the finish-line we´re knowing that the American was in a great shape. He could beat Rogers´time by another 28 seconds!
