He won 3 Belgian races last year (GP Samyn, Nokere Koerse and a stage and gc in 3 days of west flanders) and 1 stage in the tour of Austria this year. He's a sprinter type, but the Belgian kind (strong over hills and cobbles)

However, this is not very reliable as the article says that rohregger would be joining the team as well. According to becca, rohregger was on the list of those definetly leaving (well so was voigt) and his contract was expiring. If he renews as well, i hope popovych wont find his way into the team. There is something really fishy about him and this team...
This article from Danish TV2 says, that Jens Voigt will NOT be getting his contract renewed after the current season (according to Flavio Becca).

Perhaps your news about Voigt getting his contract renewed has simply not yet found its way to the Danish TV2 webpage 
However, I must admit, that by now I really hope that he'll continue on a different team. |

Well my article says its gonna be announced today. Doesn't mean that it is 100% sure. Though I hope it is because I cant imagine a single season without Voigt...

That link brings you to an article stating Katusha has denied it (biciciclismo has updated the previous article where it did say Rebellin may had signed for Katusha). I wouldn't be surprised, anyway, if they finally sign him.
