Lots of good luck in this deciding stage, I'll again hope that Cunego falls of his bike.

The gap is big, but with some luck, you could bridge it!

I guess it'll be almost impossible to create larger time gaps just on the last ascent. So everyone who wants to improve big time would need to attack earlier. Should be a nice stage to watch, best of luck for you

Thanks for the support, guys! As always appreciated I will post the report tonight.. it's quite a tricky stage, but just like cunego59 said, it's hard to creat bigger gaps if most of the climbers do well on Finestre.. at least, it's a great chance for a 2nd stage-win, but of course we will try all our best to achieve even more
Stay tuned..

That was an expected TT by Duarte, but this stage looks so epic. Hopefully Duarte can pull something off and get a stage win at least, I am wary of Contador though. With such stage big gaps can be created, going to be great report and a tough stage to play in PCM. Good luck

I hoped for Duarte to show his climbing skills. Unfortunately he couldn`t.
Still a great Giro by him for sure. |

A great Giro for Duarte, securing the 2nd place. Cunego deserves the win, by far the strongest in the first part of the Giro.
And congrats with the KOTM-jersey!
Now fingers crossed for the final stage, and then you'll get your reward.

A pity Duarte wasn't able to shake Cunego up the Finestre. Could have been a really dramatic end to a great Giro.
Still, second place for Duarte, which is a great result. Congrats to finally stepping up to the podium in a GT!

Second place is great, Cunego was just superior this Giro, and a GT podium is surely a way to show that Dark Dog is a danger for the top teams in the WT.
But still, the Italian could, well, you should know it by now.

@all: Thank you very much for the support! I'm sorry for not taking a second stage-win in Finestre-stage It was a mix of bad timing (Duarte-group catching a slow break at mountain-top, narrow roads, blocking) and - unfortunatelly - too less attention before the descent.. should have tried the same like Le Mével, attacking close before descent.. anyway, in the end it was all about securing the podium, right?!
So here's the final stage of Giro 2013! Of course, something had to happen here as well Check it out here:

A fantastic Giro is ending. Congrats to a good 2nd. Overall win wasn`t possible against this Cunego.
A pity that there was a split in the final stage which changed some top10`s. On the other hand I like seeing Cataldo on 4 now. |

Quite a crazy Giro finale, you can't predict what's going to happen in the final stage. |

Thank you very much, guys! The split in final stage.. I don't like it, but fortunatelly, no one lost a podium or something more. Cataldo jumping on 4th is quite okay, I somehow like it, just like roturn said
Meanwhile, we found a picture of Duarte, who couldn't realize his first GT-podium:
And here's the list of stage-winners and all three race-leaders.. As always presented by Yolanthe "Sneijder"

Farrar 3 wins, Cunego 2 and the gC, Duarte 1 and 2nd in the gC: the 3 big ones!!
For the entire Giro:
