I haven't heard of you guys, but if your a junior it looks like I may race some of the same races as you. And it looks like Levi's Team got the Center of Excellence award just like mine, team Young Medalists/Dual Temp.

So my coach was an Olympic medalist, and we have a rider on the USA national track team, Juan Carmona. We have 11 State Champions and one national champion. We're sponsored by Dual-Temp, one of the biggest heating companies in the east, Rudy Project, Champion Systems, Dolan, Accelerade, Beljum Budder, Sigma, Thomson (Road Wheels), and FFWD (Track Wheels), all of which we get at pro deals or free.[petty one-upping/]
Edit: not to be a dick...

Isn't his name Juan Camora? One of our riders is a 3 time national champ, our team's best rider is Ryan Eastman, who was the number one 15-16 Junior in the countr, he won 2 medals at nationals and broke his collarbone in the road race and rode 10 miles with it thinking nothing was wrong. he dropped out after a flat.
My coach is the legendary Laura Charameda, 250 career wins, several world cups, titles at the womens Tour of France and Italy, a bronze in the World championships road race, national championships etc etc etc. [Petty one-upping/]

No it's Juan Camillo Carmona but since his mother is out of the picture he just goes by Juan Carmona. He's the junior national criterium champion. He was born in Colombia and moved here when he was about 13 and is now a citizen. He's going to Ghent this summer with the junior national track team to race. |

You've got a fucking Tarmac with full Sram Red, that would make me want to go out and ride every day.
I did an hour and 35 min yesterday with my buddy, mainly flat but with a short little hill climb. With the hill climb combined with a fast pace on the flats I bonked on the hills back to my house. I just went out and found I was still wasted from it (which combined with a wicked wind off the Potomac River made me ride at a pace not that much faster than an old grandpa), but i think I'll do another half-hour on the trainer later.
My major issue is that I suck on the flats, I'm a strong climber, especially over short hills, but I can get dropped at a relatively low speed on the flats. |

I've attained an illness. Yet to find out whether its just a cold or worse, but im clearly hoping for the former. Still managed 2 and a half hours today tho, but I've now been in bed since 7pm. Possibly the earliest I've been to bed in about 10 years.
