Amgen Tour of California Stage 6
Not the most entartaining stage in this Tour but we should see some action in the mass sprint
Freire took a place behind the Saxo Bank train made for O'Grady, but Columbia with Greipel and Cavendish are pretty fast as well on the other side of the road
It seems that this started too soon as a few moments later the trains are back in the pack which means that anyone could win now
The sprinters don't have great positions when the sprint starts. In front of the pack are riders like Voigt, Schleck or Voeckler
Freire is now trying to make his way trough the pack, back to the front of the race
Still no sprinters in front of the pack, except Freire who seems to be now in the perfect position, with one kilometre left to ride
Voigt surprised with his good sprint today and even Freire has some problems taking over him
But Freire showed his power and took a new stage win for Rabobank and this one should be named Rabo Tour now
With both Cancellara and Freire in bonifications today the GC is pretty close but a lot of things should be decided in tomorrow's time - trial. Boom keeps his yellow jersey for at least another day and he seems the only one able to stop Cancellara

Vuelta a Andalucia Final Stage
Menchov's name was everywhere on the road. The Spanish seem to love him and he must do good today
On the last climb Kiryienka and Valverde start relaying for Gutierrez so some of his rivals to get tired. But they are still there Menchov, Simoni, Gomez Marchante, Garate and even Ten Dam
With less than 1km left until the top of the climb Menchov attacked
Only Marchante came with him so now they have to work together to get something from this
Behind Caisse are trying to get them back but it doesn't seem like they will do that. Garate and Ten Dam are still hanging on
Less than 2 kilometres until the stage finish and Menchov is trying to get away from Marchante but the Spanish keeps it close
Still Menchov made a little gap as they entered the last kilometre. Also the chasing group isn't far away
Marchante is trying to get back but it seems than Menchov is going to take the win
After this the game crashed so no other screens or exported results. Menchov took his first win of the season but the overall went to Gutierrez even though he and Menchov had the same time

Amgen Tour of California Stage 7
Gesink started the race as our team - leader but the no uphill finishes didn't help him at all. He had a good time today that helped him gain some places in the overall rankings
Kirchen didn't shine in any of the stages so far but he still has a good place in the general rankings
Rogers is one of the favourites today as he is one of the best TT-ers in the World and he came with a pretty good time
Voigt is as always strong on any terrain so why he wouldn't be on top today?
Flecha won a stage here in California this year, but the TTs aren't really his terrain so he will lose some time today
After having no problems in the Prologue, Cancellara showed again today why he is the bet TT-er in the World
As with Flecha, Freire showed his power in other stages, winning three, but today isn't for him
Boom took the yellow jersey after the Queen stage of the Tour but with almost 2 minutes lost today to Cancellara he doens't seem to have any chances to get it back
Yes, Cancellara is the new leader of the race with Boom only 4th now
At least Boom keeps the young jersey, which is sponsored by Rabobank. Gesink is also now third in this classification

Amgen Tour of California Stage 8
Mollema was in the breakaway but it didn't end up too good for the escapes
With 15km to go Gesink tried an attack hoping that the only climb of the day tired some riders and he could have a chance to get the win
The final isn't as flat as it looks and some uphill sections helped him stay in front at least for an while
Behind, Saxo - Bank are leading the sprint for Cancellara and not for O'Grady, who crashed and isn't there
Freire and Cavendish are there too
Meanwhile Gesink is still fighting to stay in front
The sprint starts with Canellara having no lead - out man in front
Right before the last kilometre they caught Gesink
Cavendish and Freire have some problems catching Cancellara there
And if he didn't show his power enough, Cancellara takes a win in a mass sprint as well
20 seconds more from Cancellara and now it's really imposible to take his jersey

Amgen Tour of California Final Stage
After playing the stage what else than a crash could happen. So no export results or screenshots.
The stage was won by a breakaway, which also included Weening. Behind them a group of favourites won somewhere around 2 minutes over the pack. Cancellara was there and had no problems taking the overall win. Ballan, Flecha, Freire, Boom and some others important riders stayed in the pack and lost some time and some positions in the overall rankings

The first cobbled race of the season arrived. But the startlist doesn't have the real stars of this tipe of races. Our leaders Flecha, Nuyens and Langeveld are probably the best riders that will take the start in the race. Vacansoilel and Cervelos seem to be the other strong teams, lead by Leukemans for the other Dutch team and by Klier and Hammond for Cervelo. Quick Step and Silence are here as well but there are no stars in their teams so they shouldn't expect too much from this race.
With probaly the 3 strongest riders in the race, this seems to be made for us and during the race we will see who will be the leader for us.
Team for Omloop Het Nieuwsblad:
1. Juan Antonio Flecha
2. Matthew Hayman
3. Pedro Horrillo
4. Sebastian Langeveld
5. Nick Nuyens
6. Joost Posthuma
7. Tom Stamsnijder
8. Maarten Tjallingii

well I've realized that my crashes started after I set the anti - aliasing level on 2. I put it back on 0 and it seems to work fine now.

ah forget about that. The game is still crashing while playing the next race. I think it's something wrong with the save - game cause the game works perfect in other carrer.

Omloop Het Nieuwsblad
Posthuma and Tjallingii are in the breakaway
They were the strongest riders there and that that was seen when the cobbles
arrived
With something like 45 to go we had the first attack from the favourites. It was Langeveld
Soon he met his team - mates in front of the race
Posthuma helped him for an while, as Tjallingii was too tired for that and then Langeveld took the race on his own
He seems to have a great ride by himself as he has now one minute advantage over the favourites group
When Tjallingii and Posthuma were caught the things were strange a little bit in the main group. The Vacansoleil riders and the Rabobank ones seem to domintae the race and the only rider that could hang on is Spilak
After an while only the strongest continued. 2 for Rabobank, Nuyens and Flecha, 2 for Vacansoleil, Laukemas and Vierhouten, and the Lampre guy, Spilak, who is doing a great race so far
Last cobbled section for Langeveld and 2 minutes advatantage
No problems for Langeveld passing that and his advatange became even bigger now as he enters the last 5 kilometres of the race
Vierhouten is the first chaser behind Langeveld
But the others are coming right after him
Great way to start the cobble season for Langeveld. Win in the first cobbled race
Flech caught Vierhouten and had no problems taking the second spot while Nuyens took 5th
Results
1. Sebastian Langeveld Rabobank 5h30'45
2. Juan Antonio Flecha Rabobank + 2'11
3. Aart Vierhouten Vacansoleil Pro Cycling Team + 2'35

March Calendar
March is the first real important month of the year in the World of cycling. Paris - Nice, Milano - Sanremo and Tirreno Adriatico are definitly the biggest races of the month. Milano - Sanremo is an important race to us but we should also have a strong team in Tirreno, as well in Paris - Nice.
Also there will be more cobble races, includin Eroica which is one of my favourite races. Flecha, Langeveld and Nuyens should be there to lead the team in preparation for the April Classics.
February was really an impresive month for us and we hope to continue like that in March, when the big races come.
