A couple of spelling errors, which always occur (i'm sure you have already corrected some of them):
Christian Vande Velde (instead of Vandevelde)
Massimiliano Mori (instead of Massimilliano)
Raffaele Ferrara (instead of Rafaele)
Sébastien Hinault (instead of Sebastien)
Emilien-Benoît Bergès (instead of Benoit Berges)
Óscar Pereiro (instead of Oscar)
Andrea Noè (instead of Noe)
Sylwester Szmyd (instead of Sylvester)
Peter Wrolich (instead of Wrölich)
All belgians are called Jurgen and not Jürgen (not 100% sure)
All russians are called Alexandre and not Alexander/Alexandr

Not sure if this is just on my installation or a general issue, but the San Marino flag is missing (in fact, if I recall correctly it was the same for the PMC08 PPDB). |

Try installing the DB to a dummy folder.
In the dummy folder, open UserHome/MyDoc and move the Local.cdb to My Documents/PCM.

Bodrogi is french now , but is national champ in the game so instead of having hungarian TT jersey he has the french so imo if you want bodrogi french do not make him champ , or put his nationality hungarian back , i just saw it today playing paris nice 1st stage where bodrogi was wearing french national TT jersey |

i can see in the folder with race jerseys, that tour down under has some special ones, but in the game it just uses the default ones? |
