Its currently far from clear over Vinokourov will return. He hasnt signed for a team - if he does try he might get his ban extended, and it would appear that race organisers arent particularly keen to have him.
So no, he isnt in it - and he will only be in it if he actually signs for a team. |

A beta contains errors, which we want to take out of the DB before releasing it to the public. The beta will be tested by people selected for this, and not by everybody. |

Let say that I install this pack, will the Tinkoff team wear Katyusha jerseys then if I started a career with an 08 DB or will you create new codes for them (And other new teams, Cervelo, Vacansoleil etc) hopefully you will cause then one can continue his 08 game and also play one with the new 09 DB
