Gordeyev was 8th in Trofeo Laigueglia. Perhaps my rider's training wasn't actually as bad as I feared.

Training has had 1% effect so far. It's your starting choices that have so far affected position. Also remember you are racing against each other rather than the AI.

Incorrect. For ease of everything, everyone is signed up to every race for this year. There is no down side to this, so most people requested to be signed up for everything.
