Many of the screenshots says "bandwith exceeded".. Why not make another account, so we can watch all the screens?

I've just opened my 3rd Photobucket account for the Giro.
The pictures from LBL and La Fleche should come back in about a weeks time.

Quick Update from Stage 3 of the Clasica de Alcobendas.
I am afraid Anthony Charteau couldn't defend his lead in the final short time trial of this race. He gave it his all, but it was not good enough.
I do not like to say it - but, sometimes on days like these when you try to run a 'clean' team it can be tough...To ride flat out and lose over a minute on a course that was actually less than 10k is difficult to take...

Giro D'Italia
Stage 4 - Tuesday, May 13
Despite the big climb at the start, most expected this stage to go down to a sprint. Our tactic was to get someone in the break and let others do the chasing, as, if the stage finished in a sprint, there was a good chance we would loose the jersey.
Over the first climb, and we have successfully got Perez Arango into the break. He's a strong rider and if it goes all the way, he will be in with a chance - even in this relatively big group.
The gap to the pack increases to over 9 minutes as no-one apart from Rabobank and Acqua and Sapone seem interested in bringing it back.
We are content with Perez Arango in the break, but suddenly there is a touch of wheels and our plans are in tatters.
We are forced to move up and help with the chase.
The pace is very high and the break is gradually being pulled back. It will be a very close run thing. The climb 20k from the finish may well end the hopes of some of the sprinters too.
Gerdemann falls with 40k to go and the group powers on without him. If he is interested in a high place overall, then his chance has gone today. Rujano, once again, is struggling to hold on and he too loses contact with the group.
Over the final climb and with 10k or so to go, the break still has over a minute on the pack. Our guys bury themselves at the front in the chase, and Guitierrez joins the paceline too.
With 3k to go he is near the front and takes the wheel of FdJ rider, Jussi Veikkanen. The break are being swept up and only two remain out front as the race twists into the final 400m.
Rein Taaramae of Cofidis is giving it his all trying to hang on. Gutierrez is once again close to taking a stage.
Taaramae holds on to give a French team its second win in two days. Gutierrez is second and extends his lead on the overall.
He is also now the leader of the points competition.
Linus Gerdemann is the big loser on the day - his crash meant he lost over 7 minutes. Perez Arango managed to finish the stage - but looks as if he has picked up a fairly serious injury. Things will be clearer in the morning.

Giro D'Italia
Stage 5 - Wednesday, May 14
Today is all about keeping hold of the leader's jersey for one more day. There are a few climbs and on the steep uphill finish, Guttierrez will perhaps have a chance to make another showing.
The days racing is fairly predictable. A small-ish break gets away in the early part of the stage.
We keep the pace at the front of the peloton fairly steady, so that the break doesn't build up too big a lead.
We are relieved at the front and the sprinter's team ensure that there will be no repeat of yesterday's result. With 12k to go the last of the escapees has been caught.
Gutierrez is once again in a good position as the sprint goes up the 7.9% gradient up to the finish.
But, today it is the Spaniard Oscar Freire who powers over the line first in a finish suiting his abilities. World Champion Paolo Bettini's poor season continues.
Jose Rujano once again struggles with the high pace on the run in and loses contact with the lead group. Perez Arango suffering with an injury keeps him company over the final 20k.

Stage 6 - Thursday, May 15
Today again was all about hanging on to the race lead in the longest stage of the race.
We were happy to see a small break go, even if it did contain Stage 4 winner and 2nd overall, Rein Taaramäe. We sat on the front and let the lead build slowly. With a 145k to go, the break had 9'30.
The lead climbed to just above 10 minutes before we upped the pace and started to bring it back gradually. 90k to go, and Rabobank, Liquigas and LPR hit the front of the bunch and it looked as if the break was doomed.
As expected they were reeled in with little over 20k to go. As the sprinters team turned the screw on the run-in, I decided Perez Arango had suffered enough over the last few days. His Giro is now over.
Up front, Gutierrez was in a good position again as the finish loomed.
He had used up too much energy getting into position though and as the sprint went off, it was Petacchi who came through for his team on the 6% gradient, narrowly edging out Cunego and Bennati.
Gutierrez and the team were content to keep the leader's jersey for one more day, though.

Giro D'Italia
Stage 7 - Friday, May 16
We do not expect Gutierrez to hold on to the jersey today. Our tactic will be to get a man in the break and let it go for the stage win. It will be up to others to chase.
We manage to get Perez Arango into the break that goes and as the escapees sprint for points at the intermediate sprint a 100k from the finish they are 8 minutes up the road.
Karsten Kroon is the driving force in the break and the pace is so high that Perez Arango is not able to hold on and loses contact.
The race favorites watch each other on the climb of the Rionero Sannitico and over the top with 40 or so kilometers to go the group is still very large.
We send some riders up front to bring back the break and as the race enters the final 5k, Kroon is alone with over a minute on the peloton. We have no one left to put on the front.
Gutierrez takes matters into his own hands and in a bid to save the leaders jersey, he hits the front. He hammers down on the pedals and the pack starts to fragment.
Only the elite in this Giro are capable of holding Gutierrez's wheel as he fights to hold on to the Maglia Rosa.
Kroon though has been pedalling like Floyd Landis on his way to Morzine all day and as the finish line beckons he looks to have done enough for the stage.
Kroon is in a world of his own as he crosses the finish line and is so tired he cannot even raise his arms to celebrate a remarkable ride.
Gutierrez is passed in the final few meters by Schleck, Dekker, Pellizotti and Garzelli. The question is, has he done enough to hold on to the lead for just one more day?

Giro D'Italia
Stage 8 - Saturday, May 17: Rivisondoli - Tivoli
We will try to be in a break again today. We would like to deny Freire the opportunity of taking big points in a sprint finish. Maybe Gutierrez can hold on to the points jersey all the way to the finish? There are two time trials to come, mountains and some sprints, so perhaps he has a chance?
The opening kilometeres are very hard and we do our best to get Perez into the break. The pack though, with CSC at their head are very reluctant to let anyone get away.
Perez does eventually manage to get a gap on the pack, but the only other rider strong enough to get away is Milram's Eichler. He is too strong for Perez, and instead of waiting and collaborating he settles into a cadence too high for Perez to close the gap.
The pack ride along at a pace that keeps the two escapees within easy reach, and Bennati shows some form in taking the intermediate sprints.
As the pack speeds into the final 10k there is a huge crash towards the front, and we breath a huge sigh of relief when Gutierrez and Arroyo avoid coming down.
We can't have everything though, and the man we did not want to win, Oscar Freire, powers to another convincing stage win in the sprint. Gutierrez has lost the points jersey...
We do not escape the crash though, and both Perget and Erviti come down very heavily. It will be touch and go as to whether they continue in the race.
And there is yet more drama to come for the team. It seems that Kroon has gone down in the crash too and that Gutierrez is back into the Maglia Rosa!!!
It is perhaps not the best way to re-take the jersey, but we will take it....
