Although I'm a bit late to the party: congrats on promotion to PCT - and on your CT podium spot!
I've envied you for your insanely strong and deep TT department in my first years, before finally being able to get some of those specialists as well. I guess we should be in for some more (T)TT fights next year as well
I guess not many managers seriously considered you for the promotion spots pre-season - at least that's what the submitted predictions suggest. I know I didn't do one, so I'm definitely no better - but maybe you remember that I always said "beware of Glanbia"! Well, looks that I wasn't that wrong, as you fully capitalized on CT's rather TT-heavy calendar this year! And I think it's a great thing that a team with this approach can also fight for and even achieve promotion!
But as much as I like your TT core, according to your "CT years" stats posted some days ago, the missing piece for promotion wasn't a TTer - it was Talansky. I mean, him finishing 3rd in CT, being the 2nd best stage racer - means he just had a sensational season. Congrats on signing him - it was the decisive move for your promotion challenge, by the looks of it!
But with 8 riders in the CT Top 100 (and two just outside), this clearly was an achievement by the team! And I'm looking forward to what you'll be doing with this team during transfers - can you hold onto your "English speakers only" strategy? How are you going to rejuvenate your roster (as there are 8 declining riders if I counted correctly)? Plenty of interesting stories to follow I'm sure
Good luck for the offseason, as well as for your first year of PCT racing!

Jordan Cheyne and James Oram doing their re-signing chances no harm at all by becoming National TT champs.
Cheyne in Canada, Oram in New Zealand
An honourable mention for a 3rd place for Freddy Cruz in the US TTs
The hilly profile in Ireland means Glanbia are unlikely to retain Sam Bennett's national Champs jersey there....

g!
This is true , even my own "not a prediction" had Glanbia mid-table, everything fell right. It's not like we were even dominant in TTs, Jura and others normally bested us

Well, we did it! Sean McKenna retains the Irish NC jersey for Glanbia
While nothing is certain Glanbia have hinted heavily that they would love to see the jersey stay with the team next year...

Congratulations on the Irish jersey! As well as the others of course. Some great regional jerseys to show off in the PCT

Always great to see a home team take a win like that
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Congrats on winning your most important NC race And I wouldn't even be overly surprised to see Ireland's TT champion riding for you next year as well
