The name of the XML file is not the correct name of the tour. For example, when i tried to get tour de france one working, the XML name wasnt Tour de France, but Grand Tour - France. Or something similar. Make sure the names are correct.

It should be called "Le Tour de Death" IF that is what you named the race.
Looks to me the file is named correctly though based on the error message.
Can you post the startlist here?
