After a key season of development in the PCT division, Miha has taken the next step in improving his skills on the cobbled roads. The allround rouleur has also done plenty of long rides to improve his stamina and ability to ride on flat roads. One final level of development ahead.

Izidor has taken this key development opportunity to improve his allround skills while still improving on his preferred craft, the time-trial. Like Miha he has one more level of development left.

As expected Jovan has been working on his top end speed and sprinting techniques. One more level to go.

The former mountain biker turned road cyclist, has been steadily working on improving his skills on the cobbles.

The talented youngster spent the year on loan at Adastra - Hell Energy Cycling in the CT division. As a 21 year old he was only able to progress to the 2nd level of his development. But he is still well on his way to becoming one of the best stage racers of his generation.

Matic has always had a big engine on him and it's his aim to further improve upon that. He just spent his first season in the pro peloton and has made noticeable improvement on his sprint, acceleration and time-trial skills.

Apart from sprinting Ahmet has made strides in holding his speed over a longer duration, which should prove useful in future prologues.

Dusan is a pure sprinter and has made big strides in improving his sprinting skills. He is looking forward to showing off his impressive acceleration as he enters his 2nd season as a pro cyclist.

The young Cypriot is also coming off his 1st season in the pro peloton. His aim is to become the best time-trial rider he can be. To that effect he has not only worked on his power and time-trial position, but has also improved on his climbing skills.
